What time is the check-in?
Check-in is from 4 pm, you can of course arrive earlier and leave your belongings in one of our paid secure lockers at the reception.
What time is the check-out?
The room must be vacated by 11 am. You can also leave your things in one of our paid secure lockers at the reception desk to enjoy Paris for a few more hours.
Are sheets and towels provided in the rooms?
Sheets are provided in all rooms but towels, shampoo and soap are not provided. You can rent a bath towel for €3.5 at the reception and buy basic necessities in our vending machines.
Do you serve breakfast at Hosho?
Yes, we offer a breakfast service in the form of a snack bag with of a hot drink, a pastry and a juice box.
What is the transport nearby?
All of our hostels are easily accessible by public transport. To have all the information on access, go to the dedicated page of your hostel.
Can I arrive late at night?
Our hostels are open 24 hours a day. You can arrive at any time, do not hesitate to let us know if you arrive really late at night, otherwise we might think that, in the end, you are not coming.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation 48 hours before arrival if you have chosen the flexible formula. Your payment will be refunded within 07 days. No, if you have chosen the non-cancellable and non-changeable formula, which is cheaper to book but more restrictive.
Are the dorms mixed?
The dorms in our hostels are generally mixed. However, you can privatize your dorm room with your friends.
Do you have single rooms?
Yes and no it depends on the hostel. Do not hesitate to inquire on the dedicated page of your Hosho.
Do you welcome minors at Hosho?
Yes, we welcome minors as long as they are accompanied by their legal guardian in a private room. Minors are not allowed to stay in shared dorms even in the company of their guardian. Parental authorization does not allow an unaccompanied minor to stay in our Hostel.
Do I have to pay tourist tax?
As in all tourist accommodations, tourist tax is mandatory in our Hosho hostels, to be paid at the time of your reservation or upon arrival. It is charged per person per night, however the amount varies depending on the destination. All of it is donated to the city's tourist office to continue promoting tourism development.
Can I smoke/vape in your hostels?
No, to protect the health of all our guests, our hostels are non-smoking.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately no, even if we love animals. Only guide dogs are accepted provided they are in a private room.
Do you have a WiFi connection at Hosho?
Yes, we have installed free high speed WiFi in all our hostels.
Do you have a kitchen at Hosho?
You have at your disposal a microwave oven at the reception of our Hosho. However, there are no additional cooking facilities or dining utensils.
What ID do I need to show upon arrival?
For citizens of the European Union an identity card or passport. For other nationalities, the presentation of a passport is mandatory. Upon arrival, a check can be made of the credit card used for payment.
